Experience a Taste of Sydney starting March 13th and continuing through the weekend until March 16th. “For four days from the 13th – 16th March 2014, The World’s Greatest Restaurant Festival returns to the stunning surrounds of Centennial Park. Over 15 of Sydney’s latest, greatest and hottest restaurants will fashion special menus of tasting dishes for the occasion, including ‘icon dishes’ crafted by the chefs to specially reflect their philosophy and showcase seasonal and premium ingredients.
With over 100 artisan producers and a host of new and exciting foodie attractions, there is sure to be something to whet the tastebuds of even the most discerning foodies. Become an expert mixologist in a cocktail masterclass, release your inner sommelier in the Wine Theatre, or enhance your foodie knowledge in the Dilmah Chef’s Skillery, sharing in the skills and stories of our culinary talent.
Taste of Sydney operates like a restaurant with a lunch and dinner service. A Taste Session lasts for 4-5 hours (session dependent) to give you time to enjoy your pick of restaurant dishes, browse the artisan stalls and enjoy some of the many attractions including the Taste Kitchen, Dilmah Chef’s Skillery, or cocktail masterclass. Tickets are sold for each session and are only valid for the time and date indicated on the ticket.”
