The 2013 edition of Savor, an American craft beer and food experience, takes place June 14th and 15th in New York City. Over 70 independent craft breweries will be in attendance and pairing beer with cheese, oysters, and even chocolate.

SAVOR 2013 once again features wonderful artisan cheeses made by some of the country’s finest creameries. The American Cheese Society coordinates the cheese table at SAVOR.
Choptank Oyster Company will once again host the ever-popular oyster bar at SAVOR in 2013. Attendees will enjoy sustainably harvested oysters on the half-shell. While a roasty porter or stout is a great choice, it’s up to you to find the best beer pairing!
