“The Passion for Food Festival is an established event in Gothenburg, where food enthusiasts can find an exciting range of handpicked producers, as well as ingredients from quality suppliers of food and drinks.

Pick up tips and ideas about cooking at the festival’s Cookery School. You will meet a number of well known chefs who will offer advice on ingredients and cooking.

At the exhibition you will find a selection of drinks, often presented as a complement to the food – wine, beer, aperitif, avec and champagne, but also new, exciting alcohol-free alternatives. Drink coupons for wine and beer tasting can be bought at the event.

Do not miss tastings and micro seminars , where you can participate in tasting wine, champagne  and hear interesting talks on subjects such as chocolate and knives  and much more.”
