With 89 craft beer breweries participating in this year’s Michigan Brewers Guild Winter Beer Festival, this February 22nd event shows just how hot the Michigan craft beer scene is right now.

One thing that won’t be hot, however, is the temperature. The Winter Beer Festival is held outdoors so the key to enjoying a cold beer is to dress warm!

When is the Michigan Brewers Guild Beer Festival?
Winter Beer Festival is Febuary 22, 2014 in Grand Rapids at the 5/3rd ball park parking lot.  Gates open to the general public at 1pm. Gates open to Enthusiast members at noon Tickets go on Sale December 1st 2013

How do you get Tickets?
Tickets are sold online through links on MiBeer.com. MBG Festivals typically sell out far in advance so make plans to purchase tickets early.

How many beers do I get?
15 drink tokens are included with admission and each drink token is redeemable for a 3oz sample of beer*. Additional tokens will be available inside the festival for 50 cents. The Michigan Brewers Guild utilizes drink tokens and specially marked cups to assure that we comply with Michigan Liquor Control Commission regulation and have a controlled means of serving beer. Festivals attendees are expected to willingly provide a token for each and every sample of beer received. We appreciate your cooperation. Festival attendees must be 21 years of age or older and have ID to enter.  Designated Drivers are not permitted to drink beer. * Some rare, vintage, or barrel-aged beers with higher cost will be 2-3 tokens.”
