It bills itself as “the hottest show on earth”, but who’s going to attend and tell us if that’s the truth?

For those who like a bit of spice in their lives, the National Fiery Foods and Barbecue Show gets underway on February 28th in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The festival’s three red-hot days of all spicy condiments under the sun is guaranteed to light things on fire, but you can cool off with a tequila tasting on Saturday at noon.

If you like your barbecued meat hot and spicy you’ll find something to spice it up at the Fiery Foods and Barbecue Show.

“Don’t miss out on the country’s largest compilation of Fiery Foods & Barbecue sauces, marinades, salsas, mustards, and more!  The 26th Annual Fiery Foods & Barbecue Show will be bigger, better and hotter than ever!  The 25th annual show welcomed over 20,500 trade and general public attendees to Albuquerque’s Sandia Resort & Casino!”
