Travel Glutton Moments are moments in time when travel and food merge together so perfectly well that you almost can’t believe it and have to pinch yourself to make sure it is all real.

Eating at the Night Market
It might not look like much but you should have seen the rest of the table. (Photo Credit: Heather Tucker)

Walking into Jemaa el-Fnaa at night is exactly the moment I was looking forward to the most. The square pulses with activity from the steam whirling up from the open grills, to the shouts of the sellers as they try to coax you in to eat. The night market in Marrakech is touted as the foodie experience and from the moment you sit down you understand why. The food might not be the greatest you ever tasted but the feeling you get as dishes are passed over your head and laughter comes from other tables, all while music beats in the background, is second to none. – Elaine Laurence
