Eating farm-fresh and local allows us to make healthier food choices and to support the farmers and local producers who work so hard to bring these healthy meals to our tables. And to make things even easier for us, Good Eggs has arrived on the scene.

Good Eggs is an online grocery store unlike any other – they take the best of local producers and deliver the farm right to your kitchen. Do you fancy making organic chicken and mushroom risotto tomorrow night? Do you have a craving for handmade, old-fashioned pies? How about grinding expertly roasted beans and brewing a cup of coffee to go with that pie? No problem, it looks like Good Eggs has you covered.

Currently operating in Brooklyn, New Orleans, Los Angeles, and the San Francisco Bay area, their mission is to grow and sustain local food systems worldwide.

Did You Know? San Francisco’s Lombard Street is famous for its steep, one-block section containing eight hairpin turns, but Filbert Street is one of the steepest navigable streets in the Western Hemisphere. It has a maximum gradient of 31.5% (17.5°).

The Filbert Steps at the top are 380 wooden steps that take you to the top of Telegraph Hill.

The grocery selection at Good Eggs varies from day to day but you can be sure that you’re always going to get what is in season. And with fresh, quality ingredients you have have every opportunity to make magic happen in your kitchen.
